Baby Wipe Inking Video Tutorial

Today, I have a new video tutorial to share with you over at Papertrey Ink for their Make It Monday feature. I’m excited because I know you all have reinkers and baby wipes in your supply stash and can create something fabulous with my tips. I’m revisiting an old Make It Monday tutorial from 2014 where I shared how to use baby wipes and reinkers along with your stamps. This time, I’m eliminating the stamps so you can create backgrounds and patterns.

On this card, you can see the background pattern I created using the baby wipe inking technique.

On this card, I used the baby wipe inking technique to create floral rosettes. I accentuated the rosettes with stamped leaves and hand drawn details using a Copic marker.

  • Betsy - Ashley, I just found your blog and watched your video on making backgrounds and flowers with baby wipes. What a great technique. I have a question, do you use the baby wipe wet or let it air dry before you use it with the re-inkers? Your work is great. Have a good day.ReplyCancel
