Happy Easter

Happy Easter, Friends!

Using the Tiny Town Church die to create the focal point for this card. I really like how you can use the fronts of the Tiny Town collections to also use on cards.

I also used the Cover Plate: Nesting dies to snip branches and flowers to embellish the card.

The background of the card is sort of watercolored and blended using  a baby wipe and reinkers. I used a blending technique to add the color to the watercolor paper.

I used Easter Alleluias stamp set to stamp the sentiments.

I hope you all have a great Easter!

  • Karen Letchworth - Hi Ashley:
I just wanted to pop by to say hello and let you know that I had to give you a shot-out today on my blog. I entered the current PTI Make It Monday Challenge, Lizzie’s Felt Flower Tutorial, and I chose to make my card using a technique you shared about five years ago on a Make It Monday tutorial. I’ve always loved the rolled rose buds using the Heart Border Die, and I thought of it immediately when I saw this week’s challenge. Thank you for the inspiration. Here’s the link to my blog post if you’d like to see it:
