Mom & Me Valentine Inspiration

Hey Friends! Today, the design team has great ideas for mom and me valentine projects! Whether your child is itty bitty or has an itty bitty of their own, there’s an idea for you to share with your child. The Jumping For Joy stamps and dies are perfect for kids, but I bet some adults will get a kick out of them too! The Dress Up Dolls: Puppy Love collection is great for al ages. Papertrey Ink’s December Release will be available tonight at 10pm ET at Papertrey Ink.

Isn’t this lion the sweetest little face ever?! This valentine is a special jumping jack interactive doll. You pull the string to all the arms and legs move. Kids love them!

This project is great to do with small children. I’d recommend about 4-5 years of age, depending on their fine motor skills and stamping abilities.

You can even add a special treat to the back side of this card die cut, such as a lollipop.

My next valentine project is great for older children to create with their moms. After die cutting the doll, let kids stamp them. Moms can prepare the cuts and assembly can be a joint effort.

I die cut the the circle to fit the lip balm using the Four Square die. Then, I die cut the scalloped circle to remove the “square.” I hand cut the circle from the patterned paper to fit the lip balm.

I used Rosie Posie greenery leaf to create a lip balm flower. Who doesn’t like the latest round lip balms? Even my two-year old loves them…so much she used one in 3 days…WHERE DID IT GO?!
