Cupcake Thank You Cards

Go big or go home! I made 18 thank you cards to send on behalf of Lauren. She had a birthday party and friends and family were very sweet to share her special day. So, I sat down and made thank you cards. She “helped” a little too and you will see her tiny hands in the video, which is my favorite part. I think this will always be a favorite video of mine. I hope we can have Mommy & Me creative process videos in the future.

Table full of cards!

I chose to work with Baker’s Dozen stamps for the cards because of the cute cupcake images that correlate back to celebrations of course!

I used the coordinating Baker’s Dozen dies for the label frame.

I stamped the labels on Bright Buttercup, Lovely Lady, and Mint Julep cardstocks just for variations and also not to use up all of a particular color. I use this trick often when making a bulk of multiple card designs.

Last, I stamped the inside using Tucked In: Thank You.

  • Gina - Oh, those little hands. She’s so busy helping, Momma! I love it!!!!ReplyCancel

  • Nancy M - Ashley, I can see why this is a favorite of yours. Having Lauren’s hands – and her personality – take on a major role is so sweet. I loved watching your arms reaching farther forward to color the images. It’s what we mamas do. Thank you for bringing back wonderful memories. Oh, the cards are cute, too!ReplyCancel
