Introducing Petite Places: Home & Garden

Today, the design team is showcasing Betsy’s Petite Places: Home & Garden stamps and dies. I have designed a mason jar gift for a new homeowner and a friendship card. Something three-dimensional and the other a little more flat. The new products will be available January 15 at 10 pm ET at PapertreyInk.com.

My new housewarming mason jar gift includes a variety of small must-haves a new homeowner may need in a pinch. I’ll share more details about the contents below.

But first, let’s discuss the jar topper. I used the new Petite Places: Home & Garden to create this warm and fuzzy scene. I chose to use bright and cheery colors.

I used a bit of flitter and sprinkled it on the Scene It: Basic Backer die cut to simulate grass.

This little house is the cutest! You can assemble it a couple of ways, but I chose to add a flat front facade.

For the tag, I stamped a sentiment from Love Lives Here. The contents of the jar includes some batteries, protective cabinet door bumpers, a 3M hook, and a tape measure.

I even included an organic peanut butter and chocolate protein bar. You never know when you’ll get super hungry and this 20 grams of protein bar will definitely do the trick.

You can fit a lot of items in the jar including: tiny hand sanitizer, travel size clorox wipes, measuring tape, tiny pencil, cork screw, gum, furniture pads, etc.

Although it’s not a one-layer card design, it shows how you can use Petite Places in a non-three-dimensional way.

I paired Petite Places: Home & Garden with Background Basics: Splat. Loving the dots because they are not uniform and stamp a unique pattern easily. Looks like patterned paper, doesn’t it?!

I layered all of the decorative die cuts on the basic backer die cut. I chose to use the “house” style image as my garden shed because it resembled the shed in my backyard from my childhood.

I selected a sentiment from the previously released Choose Joy stamp set.
