Quick Favors & Wraps

I’m back today with a few more projects to share for Papertrey Ink’s design team group challenge. We all made lots of favors and gift ideas using some of the new products to be released September 15 at 10 pm EST.

For my first projects, I made a favor for a 40th birthday party. I used the new Tissue Paper Favor #1 die to package the favor.

I made a tag for the favor using Do Me a Favor Tags stamp set. I decided to stamp the image in sweet blush ink and hand cut it out, then mat it on an oval die cut. After adhering a vintage element, I added a stamped cardstock strip and placed on a toothpick.

I die cut two tissue papers in varying colors to give the effect of a flower. I wrapped my contents up and added some May Arts striped grosgrain ribbon and berry sorbet grosgrain ribbon.
Here’s another photo of the party favor.

For my next project, I made a couple of pillow boxes using the new Essential Pillow Box die. I used bitty dot patterned paper, which worked with with the box.

I wrapped the pillow box with limeade ice twill tape (a new color of products). After die cutting Framed Out #8 on pure poppy cardstock, I stamped the coordinating images in true black ink. This wrap comes together so quickly!

For my last project, I heat embossed the coordinating image in Framed Out #8 and matted it on a rustic white Pretty Peonies die cut.
