Introducing Framed Out #4 + Fillable Frames Sentiments

It’s Papertrey time again! Welcome to Day 2 of May’s Release. Today, I have a few projects to share with you featuring Framed Out #4 and Fillable Frames Sentiments. These two sets were really fun to work with as they are very versatile, cute, and reasonable buys! The new products will be available May 15, 2012 at 10 PM EST. I tried to create a variety of projects to showcase different uses for these fabulous stamps, so here goes!

For this project, I created a card with a coordinating pocket envelope. Here, you can see that the Framed Out #4 stamps can easily be stamped directly on cardstock for a filename appearance. Imagining labeling lots of stuff. Could be so much fun!

I stitched a few buttons on the Edgers #5 file tab for an embellishment and you can see a more detailed peek of the card…what’s to come?!

I designed the pocket envelope to be 1/2″ deep to allow space to fit the multiple layers on the card front. What a fun birthday surprise!

For the card, I went for a patchwork wallpaper concept. I used Perfect Patches die and the new Summer Sunrise/Fine Linen patterned papers. Next, I stamped the flowers from Table Service in Fine Linen ink. I adhered them to Vintage Cream cardstock and stitched around each “perfect patch.”

I die cut Fillable Frames #1 and stamped the coordinating border. Next, I layered the “inside” of the Framed Out #4 die cut and coordinating stamp with a sentiment from Fillable Frames sentiments.

I thought Framed Out would be perfect to decorate favor boxes. Here is Favor It Box die #2 all stamped with BB: Botanicals in Berry Sorbet Ink on Berry Sorbet cardstock. I added some striped ribbon then finished it off with Fillable Frames die and coordinating stamps. The sentiment is from Fillable Frames Sentiments and a few more also fit perfectly within Framed Out.

To get a full Framed Out #4 die, I used coaster board and foam to prevent the center from being cut out. I layered it with a black frame die cut, then stamped the coordinating border and sentiment. It’s a very simply favor box, but very easy to duplicate for a large event!

And now for something cute and fun. This card exudes sunshine, right?! I stamped the polka dots at the top and flowers on the bottom. The flower stamps are from the new stamp set Flipping Out, which was introduced yesterday by Nichole, Betsy, and Melissa Bickford. It’s such a fun set as well that you can add so many elements with other stamp sets, like Framed Out #4!

I divided the two stamped sections with the new Chevron border dies. I love these dies! Next, I die cut Framed Out #4, embossed it with the new Simple Stripes impression plate and layered it with more Framed Out #4 and coordinating border. The sentiment is from Fillable Frames Sentiments. I layered it all on Raspberry Fizz polka dot patterned paper and trimmed it with some pinking shears. Very 80’s, but perfect for a teen or one who loves color!

Thanks so much for visiting today. I hope these projects help you see the new products a bit better and how you can use them too! For more projects, check out the following designers’ blogs.
